Delivery Policy
Delivery charges (inc VAT where applicable):
UK Standard: £4.50 (Free over £75)
Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday – Friday will be despatched the same day. Parcels are despatched via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service (but please allow three to five working days). Standard delivery is free when you spend over £75 to UK customers only.
UK Next Day: £5.50
Delivered next day on orders placed before 1.00pm Monday – Thursday. Orders received before 1pm on Friday will be despatched for delivery Monday. Orders received after 1.00pm on Friday, will be despatched on Monday for delivery next working day (Tuesday). Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday for delivery next working day (Tuesday). Next day deliveries are sent via DPD and signature will be required.

Prices and VAT
You will be charged the current price for buying products from our website at the date you place your order.
All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery.
For items delivered to the EU, this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Although this price is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment and will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
Promotional Code Policy
Promotional codes including our welcome discounts cannot be used in conjunction with items that are already discounted in the outlet or on sale.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promo codes apply only to full-priced items.
Discounts cannot be stacked or combined.
If a promotional code is entered at checkout for an item that is already reduced, the code will not apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the use of any promotional code where misuse is suspected or the terms are not met.
Promotional codes may have additional individual terms, which will be stated at the time of issue.

Returns Policy
Free returns (UK orders)
We hope you are delighted with your order from Royce Lingerie and that you love your new wirefree bra! If you’re not 100% happy with your goods, just return them to us for a refund, following the guidelines set out below.
UK orders can be returned free of charge with the exception of those items purchased from our Outlet or any items on sale. Please use the free returns label provided.
We will happily refund any unsuitable or faulty items within 28 days of purchase.
Please feel free to remove the items from the packaging to take a look at them and try them on. However, we do ask that you take good care of the goods and return them to us in the condition in which you received them and with swing tickets attached. We also ask that, in the interest if hygiene, any briefs are tried on over your own underwear.
Please return any items either in the original packaging – or with the original packaging enclosed.
European and Rest of World returns postage costs are payable by the customer.
If you wish to order a replacement item, please treat this as a new order.
We advise you to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate when you return any goods to us, if using the Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal, please keep your tracking number for your records.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be credited to your account.
Please note we can only accept returns that were purchased directly from us, not via third-party stockists.
Please note, original postage is non-refundable.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your customer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within seven working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charges but excludes the products listed as exceptions, below.
Products we’re unable to cancel, refund or exchange
Unless faulty, we cannot offer a refund exchange on a bra we have adjusted, tailored or pocketed especially for you. If you need pockets added to one of our non-pocketed styles, we would suggest that you try the item for size first and then return it to us for the pocket(s) to be added once you’re happy with the fit.
Cancellations/Changes to Order
At the moment, it’s not possible for you to make changes to your order via our website. However, if you realise you have made a mistake, or if you change your mind, please give us a call on 01295 265557 or email us at [email protected]
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, just give us a call on 01295 265557. However, please bear in mind that if your order has already been sent, you will need to return the items to us and postage can not be refunded.
Free Comfort Briefs
- Receive a free pair of Comfort Briefs with qualifying orders of £75 or more. Ended 14th July 2026.
- Offer valid while stocks last.
- One free gift per order.
- If items are returned and the remaining order value falls below £75, the free gift must also be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, the free briefs can only be returned if unworn, unwashed and with box.
- If the free gift is not returned or is returned in a non-resaleable condition, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.
Bundle Promotions
Bundle Promotion Terms & Conditions
- Bundle promotions are available for selected products only and are valid for a limited time while stocks last.
- The bundle discount is applied when all qualifying items are purchased together in the same transaction.
- If any item purchased as part of a bundle promotion is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply.
- Where one item from a bundle is returned and the customer keeps the remaining item(s), the price of the kept item(s) will be recalculated at the applicable Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
- Any refund issued will reflect the adjusted value of the returned item(s) after the bundle discount has been removed.
- Items must be returned in accordance with our standard returns policy and must meet all applicable return conditions.
- Bundle promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, or promotion unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw bundle promotions at any time without prior notice.
