• Postage charges:
  • Within UK: £2.00
  • Within EU: £4.00
  • Rest of World: £7.00
• Goods are despatched via First Class Royal Mail
• We aim to despatch goods on the day following receipt of order
• We will not charge your credit card until the goods are ready or despatch

Privacy policy

• Although customer details are kept on file, we will not use these for marketing purposes and we will not pass them on to third parties

Cancellations/Changes to Orders

• At the moment, it is not possible for you to make changes to your order via our website. However, if you realise you have made a mistake, or change your mind, please give us a call on 01295 265557
• You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, just give us a call on 01295 265557. However, please bear in mind that if your order has already been shipped, we will need you to return the items to us.
