Terms & Conditions (Affiliate Programme)
1. Eligibility
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Must have an active social media presence or content platform
- Royce Lingerie reserves the right to approve or reject applications
2. Affiliate Benefits
Approved affiliates will receive:
- Complimentary Royce Lingerie products (selection determined by Royce)
- Early access to selected product launches
- A unique 15% discount code for their audience and to track sales
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn 10% commission on all valid sales generated through their code
- Commission is calculated based on net sales value (excluding returns, shipping, and taxes)
4. Tiered Bonus Structure
- Affiliates who generate over £800 in sales within a month will receive:
- 15% commission rate for that period
- Suggested performance target: 25+ bras sold per month
- Royce Lingerie reserves the right to adjust thresholds with notice
5. Payment Terms
- Commission is reviewed and paid monthly
- Payments will only be made once a minimum threshold of £50 is reached
- Payments will be made via bank transfer
- Returns or cancelled orders will be deducted from commission totals
6. Content Guidelines
- Affiliates must represent Royce Lingerie honestly and authentically
- Content must comply with UK advertising standards (ASA guidelines), including clear disclosure (e.g., #ad)
- Royce Lingerie may request content usage rights for marketing purposes (with permission)
7. Brand Representation
- Affiliates must not post content that is offensive, misleading, or damaging to the Royce brand
- Royce Lingerie reserves the right to terminate partnerships if brand values are not upheld
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
- Any unpaid commission below the payment threshold will not be issued upon termination
9. Amendments
- Royce Lingerie reserves the right to update these terms at any time
- Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes
