In the Hot Seat
For World Menopause Awareness Month, Royce challenged local business owners and managers to ‘take the hot seat’ to find out what they really know about menopause and its workplace implications. Do employers know when it typically occurs? Can they name any symptoms? Do they understand how it could impact someone at work?
How well would you do? Take the hot seat challenge yourself here.
This video is part of Royce’s campaign, The Unapologetic Menopause, which aims to encourage women to be unapologetic about their experiences by sharing stories and advice on social media, and encouraging conversation in the workplace.
The five business owners and managers featuring in ‘Take the Hot Seat’ are: Simon Clarke, Sales and Account Manager at Fine Print; Tracy Rulton, Sales and Operation Manager at Adaptive Security Ltd; Paul Coombe, Co-founder and Commercial Director at Beyond Your Brand; Caroline Steveson, Co-founder and Managing Director at Beyond Your Brand; Danielle Buick, owner of the Danielle Buick Academy.
