- All Royce post-surgery bras are rigorously wear-tested by women who have undergone breast surgery, with their feedback forming a key part of the design process.
- Royce’s annual fitting school, available to all trade customers, is run in collaboration with breast care nurses and aims to equip stockists with the skills and confidence to deal with customers undergoing breast surgery.

Design features to support healing
- Our post-surgery range includes bras for every stage of treatment: from a hospital bra to wear immediately after surgery, to bras suitable to wear during the healing process in the following weeks and months.
- All our post-surgery bras are wirefree, which ensure no aggravation of sensitive areas or scar tissue.
- Royce sources fabrics that aid recovery and are soft against delicate skin, including high-quality Pima cotton and the anti-bacterial, thermo-regulating silver fibre IONIC+ (a key feature of the Silver Post Surgery Bra).
- Dual cup sizes (available in Silver Post Surgery and Comfi-Bra) can comfortably accommodate breast size that fluctuates due to swelling.
- Front-fastening (a feature of Silver Post Surgery, Comfi-Bra, Fearne and Eden) allows for trouble-free dressing when mobility may be limited, and easier access to the surgery site during medical check-ups.
- While many styles feature cotton pockets to hold a prosthesis, we also offer a pocketing service to add this feature to any Royce bra (for instance, for customers outside a specific product size range).

Pocketing Service
All Royce Post-Surgery bras come pocketed as standard. Royce also offer a pocketing service for most Royce Comfort bras to hold a prothesis. Pockets that are added after manufacturer are flat, i.e. is not made in the shape of the cup, but sits flat against the chest wall.
