Silver Post-Surgery

The Silver Post-Surgery Bra has been the go-to choice for many women after breast surgery and is ideal for the weeks immediately following a procedure. With anti-bacterial, thermo-regulating X-STATIC silver fibre, this bra is available in dual cup sizing to make fitting even easier.

Eden

Our first organic cotton bra and ultra-comfortable, Eden is front-fastening for easy dressing and removal and comes with cotton lining (pockets to hold a prosthesis) as standard.

Blossom

The Blossom bra from Royce is a great option for the second stage of recuperation. This innovative design means it can be worn as a plunge bra or crop top, and can be adjusted to fit up to three cup sizes. The smooth cotton lining can also hold a prosthesis if required.

Most women feel ready to move to a more conventional bra after approximately 6-8 weeks following surgery. It will still need to be wirefree but you’ll have a little more freedom to choose a style that you prefer.

Joely

Joely is the modernised version of a Royce classic, Jasmine. The super soft non-padded fabric, teamed with beautiful lace makes this bra ultra-comfy and pretty too.
